Dear Members and Associates,

It gives me immense pleasure to wish you “A Happy, Successful &   Prosperous New Year - 2010”. Let this year be a year of fulfillment of dreams, courage and conviction.

As I welcome you all into this New Year, I look forward to an ongoing communication and interaction with you. As a part of our social commitment, Greater Bank has been regularly organizing blood donation camps. Such camps were recently organized at Nerul, Kandivali and Thane which received a good response and more than 120 bottles of blood were collected from the donors. A heart checkup camp was also organized at Chulna Village, Vasai for children between 1 to 15 years of age. More than 200 children took the benefit of the same.

Bank had also organized investment awareness programmes for Senior Citizens with the help of Senior Citizen Associations in the vicinity of our Bandra Reclamation, Dahisar and Versova branch for the benefit of senior citizens.  Such activities have helped the Bank in building new banking relations.

Greater Bank participated at a trade fair organized by Jain International Trade Organization (JITO) – Financial Supermarket at NSE Grounds, Goregaon on 24th & 25th December, 2009. Bank displayed all the services offered by us to the customers which included various Loan products, Saving, Current, Term Deposit and various additional services offered by the Bank. Bank’s main focus at the function was to attract customers to the various loan products offered by the Bank. Senior executives of the Bank were present on the occasion to interact with the visitors. For speedy processing and approval of loans, prospective customer meets are being organized across our branches and at our Corporate Office which are headed by the senior executives of our Bank. Decisions are immediately conveyed to the prospective borrowers at the meeting.

As already informed to you SMS alert facility is being provided by the Bank for the transactions in account amounting to Rs. 5,000/- and more. I request you to take the benefit of the same and submit your registration form at any of our branches. The registration form can also be downloaded from our website www.greaterbank.com.

Human resource occupies a central role in the transformation programme. With this in view, training on Personality Development for the staff members of the Bank is in progress and more than 100 staff members have undergone the same. I am confident that with a trained and committed staff at the branch counters you would be enjoying your banking relation with us. Your confidence reposed on us will encourage us to achieve much more in the coming years.
